When you enable or use WanSnap AI, we will process relevant information to realize the functions and services you choose to use, or to comply with legal and regulatory requirements. Important clauses regarding your personal information rights have been highlighted in bold — please pay special attention.

In addition to this Privacy Policy, in specific scenarios, we will also explain the purpose, scope, and manner of corresponding information collection through immediate notices (including pop-ups, page prompts, etc.) and function update descriptions. These form part of this Privacy Policy and have the same legal effect.

The following will help you understand in detail how we collect, use, store, transmit, disclose, and protect personal information, and how to query, correct, supplement, delete, copy, and transfer personal information. Important content regarding your personal information rights has been highlighted in bold — please pay special attention.

In some cases, we need to re-verify and bind your mobile phone number to confirm the authenticity of the third-party account.

Based on our cooperation with telecommunications operators, when you use the "One-click Binding" feature, with your consent, we will use the phone number in your device as the mobile number for your WanSnap AI account without requiring a password or verification code. If you do not wish to use this feature, you can complete the binding through other means.

d. In accordance with laws and national standards, under the premise that data has been processed through security encryption and strict de-identification such that text information cannot re-identify a specific individual, we may use the above data for model training, optimization, and improvement. If you do not wish your data to be used for model training and optimization, you can contact us through the contact information in this Privacy Policy to withdraw consent.
